Rossicontemporary, Rossicontemporary Rotonda and Rossicontemporary Stanze are all located in the gallery district at the very end of the avenue Louise, on the right, heading out from the city centre. 
Rue De Praetere connects avenue Louise and chaussée de Waterloo (Bascule area). 
You will find the main gallery under the eight arcades of the Rivoli Building. From there you can easily walk inside the building to visit the Rotonda gallery, the Piazza and the Stanze.
